This week in our learning:
Language Arts: We continue to work on skills in reading and writing. Ask your child about their assignments in writing.
Social Studies: Canada is a huge country with many different places and we are beginning to look closer at different communities across Canada.
Math: We are working towards becoming counting pros! Help me practice by counting out loud at home. We are also working on recognizing numbers between 0-100 and finding patterns in a 100's chart.
Science: Our feature insect this week was ants. We have been researching ants and learning about what they eat, where they live, what they look like and other interesting facts. We will be meeting up with our buddies in Kindergarten next week to do a shared activity on ants!
